The shortest book in the Bible,. (Maybe some preachers should take the hint).
But not without significance. Jude mentions the inevitability of our pride creeping in if we are not careful and walking circumspectly.
We are in line to receive great blessings from God. And, to receive this, we simply, need to remain grateful and faithful to God.
He watches over us so faithfully but must get really tired of us continually being pulled away at our slightest inconvenience.
Our Father has brought us through so many trials and situations, but not all of us remain grateful for His love and care. In fact, a lot of us turn back to the weak draws or pulls of this world.
But worst of all is, we turn to other answers besides God. We flaunt some of them in His face, or, God forbid, try to
convince God how good we had it before our conversion.
God is so infinitely patient with people that we could take that as a sign of indifference on His behalf. Nothing could be further form the truth.
God needs us to find out for ourselves that His way has always been best, and that we really need Him at the end of the day.
Jude has the message. Let’s find out what’s so important to him.
